Job Title: People Analytics Data Analyst Location: Fully Remote Role Duration: 12- Months Contract with Possible Extension Only W2 Candidates No to C2C or 1099 The People & Places Team • Client’s People & Places Organization is a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing employee experience and driving innovative, data-driven HR strategies. This organization is focused on delivering exceptional HR experiences across the entire employee experience. The Opportunity • Client is seeking a People Analytics Data Analyst to join Client’s People Analytics team. You will work across the People organization to enable data-informed decisions and insights. We are looking for someone with a solid technical background, a passion for HR data, and the ability to collaborate across various HR business functions. What You’ll Bring to the Role • Min of 5 years in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering • Min of 2 years of experience with SQL • Min of 2 years’ experience in high-quality reporting and visualizations in Tableau • Experience with Workday, Fivetran, and Snowflake • Bonus point if you have previous experience with HR data • Experience architecting data flows and data models for performance and scale • Track record of applying innovative solutions to complex database challenges • Proven ability to promptly troubleshoot and resolve data performance issues and outages What You’ll Be Doing • Design, develop, and deliver data analytics and insights that deliver business value to our stakeholders • Manage existing dashboards by monitoring ongoing functionality, implementing new requests, and performing operational updates • Produce technical and user-facing documents as needed to communicate changes • Find areas of opportunity to automate business processes and manual tasks • Proactively identify processes for improvements and standardization • Assess and implement new data technologies and tools as needed • Collaborate with People & Places teams to understand priorities and provide actionable and accurate reports
