Role description
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a People Analytics / HR Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. Duties: β€’ Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into clear functional requirements β€’ Collaborate with HR and business leaders to interpret results and communicate insights effectively β€’ Design and document technical solutions, including data models, data flows, and reporting specifications β€’ Develop, enhance, and maintain self-service dashboards and reports, primarily Tableau β€’ Test, validate, and document deliverables to ensure accuracy and reliability β€’ Maintain people data quality rules, definitions, and strategy β€’ Apply best-practice compliance and governance standards when working with sensitive HR data Desired Skills/Experience: β€’ Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, Business, or related field β€’ 5+ years in people analytics, HR analytics, or a similar data-focused role β€’ Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau β€’ Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets such as: Snowflake and Oracle β€’ Knowledge of complex data models and dimensional modeling techniques β€’ Experience converting raw system data into analytics-ready datasets using dbt or similar tools β€’ Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects, handle confidential information, and exercise discretion β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Experience with Python β€’ Experience with UKG/iCIMS Benefits: β€’ Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans β€’ Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) β€’ 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $62,000 and $79,000.Β Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
