About the Role:
Weβre in build mode and looking for a strategic problem solver to help shape our People Analytics and HR systems function. This role will combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to deliver insights and infrastructure that drive talent strategy and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the design and implementation of scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
β’ Serve as the Workday admin for the People teamβowning configuration, reporting, security, and data integrity.
β’ Partner with HR and business leaders to define metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
β’ Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless data integration and governance.
β’ Support high-level compensation modeling, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives.
β’ Manage stakeholder relationships across the tri-state area and Boston Yards office.
Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HRIS, or related data roles.
β’ Admin-level expertise in Workday (e.g., Core HCM, Reporting, Security, Business Processes).
β’ Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
β’ Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
β’ Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
β’ Familiarity with compensation analytics and workforce segmentation.
