The People Data & Analytics function partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely insights that support workforce planning, operational excellence, and an enhanced employee experience. What’s In Store For You This is a long-term contract opportunity with exposure to enterprise-level HR analytics and reporting initiatives, supporting multiple HR functions and senior stakeholders. The role offers hands-on experience with Workday reporting, data visualization tools, and compliance reporting, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role in 2027 based on business needs and performance. The position is onsite and embedded within a highly collaborative HR analytics environment. How You Will Make An Impact • Support the delivery of accurate, timely people analytics and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making across HR and the business • Build, maintain, and enhance standard and custom Workday reports and dashboards under guidance from senior team members • Contribute to recurring HR metrics and operational dashboards across HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning teams • Analyze people data to identify trends, patterns, and data quality issues, contributing to insights and summaries for leadership • Partner with HR stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into effective reporting solutions • Support ad hoc reporting requests, audits, and leadership presentations with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality • Assist with federal, state, and internal HR reporting to ensure compliance and timeliness • Contribute to documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures to support scalable reporting practices Are you an experienced People Data & Analytics professional ready to make an impact? • 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday, with a focus on HR reporting, dashboards, or analytics • Proven experience creating and maintaining reports and visualizations for business users • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to data accuracy and detail • Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience supporting HR, People Analytics, or Talent-related functions • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar platforms • Familiarity with data storytelling and visualization best practices • Workday Reporting or Pro Certification (or progress toward certification) preferred • High level of professionalism with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data confidentially • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field • Pharma or biotech industry experience is a plus To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications. ------- About us: Axiom Path is a global solutions provider leveraging AI and pre-built analytics to deliver exceptional services across various domains.
