• Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport)
• Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)

TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner. This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC)
Are you excited by turning data into actionable insights? Do you enjoy improving processes and making an impact? This key role partners with the People & Strategy Team to deliver change across compensation, reward strategies, people systems, and data, supporting analytics, governance, and project management.
Responsibilities will include the following:
• Lead the production, validation, analysis, and sharing of People data to support processes such as annual People reviews and succession planning.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis of workforce, compensation, and benefits data to enable data-led decision-making.
• Support Compensation and Benefits budget and spend forecasting, working closely with Finance.
• Develop improved governance and data storage solutions to enhance efficiency across the People team.
• Identify process and data improvements, propose solutions to the Senior Manager, and escalate risks where necessary.
• Support the development of business cases for People data and system improvements.
• Opportunity to innovate processes and frameworks, making a measurable impact on how People data is managed and used.
• Gain understanding of reward, compensation, and benefit structures, and the Toyota Way, supporting your professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
• Ability to take data briefs from stakeholders and turn them into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working with datasets to improve accuracy and completeness.
• Understanding of Data Management and Governance principles, practices, and legislation.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
• Experience with HR data and HR IT solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and technology.
• Experience in compensation, reward, or people systems, and driving change in reward programmes.
• Understanding of pension schemes.
• Experience identifying and implementing systems to improve data storage and insight.
