About the Role:
As the People Services Manager, you will spearhead a specialised team committed to delivering strategic HR services that align with our organisational objectives and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with a robust understanding of HR policies while driving digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Strategic Development:
- Develop and implement people strategies that align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead transformation initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and improve colleague experiences.
β’ People Systems Management:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all People systems.
- Collaborate with technology specialists for seamless system integration and data migration.
β’ Continuous Improvement:
- Drive the automation and digitalization of People processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the People and Culture team.
β’ Data Insights and Compliance:
- Lead comprehensive People analytics and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure legal compliance across all People policies and conduct regular compliance audits.
β’ Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with internal customers and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
What You Bring:
β’ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business management, Human Resources) and CIPD qualification (Level 5 or higher) preferred
β’ Proven experience in project management and a strong background in process improvement methodologies.
β’ Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, ideally itrent
β’ Experience in People data analysis and reporting
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong leadership and influencing abilities
