Performance Analyst

Job Title / Role: Performance Tester Experience: A minimum of 8 years related experience is required. Location: Dallas, TX Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM We at Coforge are seeking A Performance Tester with experience in Java, Python, Gitlab, AWS, and Kafka testing with Java-based users along with below performance testing and engineering Job Description: • Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for web, mobile, and enterprise applications. • Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling). • Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and performance issues. • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to resolve performance issues and optimize application performance. • Monitor system resources (CPU, memory, disk, network) during tests and provide detailed reports. • Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and automation scripts. • Participate in CI/CD pipelines for automated performance testing. • Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in performance engineering. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 5 years in performance testing and engineering. • Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance). • Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, Gatling. Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for scripting. • Familiarity with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic). • Understanding of web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS) and distributed systems.
