Performance Analyst

Operational Performance Analytics Consultant Location: Remote Duration: Contract – 3+ Months Role Summary Partner with credit unions and financial institutions to deliver actionable analytics and automated reporting that improve operational efficiency and member experience. Work across pre-sales, implementation, and post-implementation to design, build, and optimize performance reporting solutions. Responsibilities • Translate client goals into dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting solutions. • Support pre-sales scoping, implementation planning, and SOW development. • Build and enhance custom operational and performance reports post-implementation. • Collaborate with implementation engineers and product teams. • Advise clients on KPI design, data best practices, and process optimization. • Act as a subject matter expert on credit union operations and analytics trends. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5–7+ years in performance analytics, operations, or business analysis within a credit union, bank, or fintech. • Strong experience defining and optimizing operational KPIs. • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred • SQL, workflow automation, and cloud data experience. • Lean or Six Sigma exposure.
