I'm searching for an experienced, independent Performance Marketing Analyst to support digital acquisition efforts across SEM and SEO channels. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering actionable insights, optimising campaigns, and driving results in a fast-paced SaaS environment with a diverse customer base.
You will work closely with our leadership team to accelerate performance and inform strategic decisions. Your immediate role will be critical in managing and analysing campaign data, assessing agency performance, and providing clear, impactful insights.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Independently analyse SEM and SEO performance, including data from platforms like Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Triprofound
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current campaigns versus previous agency results
• Develop deep insights and stories that guide the optimisation of marketing strategies
• Support the use of third-party platforms such as Atlas for campaign management
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign success
• Provide visualisation and reporting that reveal the true performance and opportunities across channels
Skills & Experience:
• Highly experienced data analyst with a strong background in performance marketing
• Deep understanding of SEO and SEM measurement and analytics
• Skilled in managing and optimising relationships with external agencies
• Independent and able to quickly uncover actionable insights
• Comfortable working across multiple channels including Google Ads, influencer marketing, affiliates, and brand campaigns
• Proven ability to translate data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations
• Experience with platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Triprofound, and Atlas is preferred
