Performance Reporting Analytics Consultant
Location: Remote
3+ Months Contract to Hire (Long term)
Role Summary (Cliffs Notes) As a Performance Reporting Analytics Consultant at Kinective, you will partner with financial institutions to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making through actionable analytics and automation. The ideal candidate is experienced in banking or credit union operations, data-driven, and passionate about transforming manual processes into scalable, automated insights. You will collaborate across pre-sales, implementation, and product teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions that improve member experience and business
outcomes.
What You'll Own (Responsibilities)
Pre-Sales
• Translate client goals into actionable solution proposals, including dashboards, automation, and performance/member experience success metrics.
• Build tailored Implementation Plans when clients seek to create new or custom operations reporting solutions inside the Data Intelligence Platform.
• Participate in scoping discussions to create Statements of Work (SOWs) in conjunction with the Project Management team prior to opportunity close
Implementation / Post Implementation
• Scope and build additional SOWs for clients requesting custom reports after implementation
• Coordinate with Implementation Engineers for the execution of custom reporting solutions.
• Provide ongoing expertise to drive client adoption of the Data Intelligence solution.
• Advise on best practices for data collection, KPI development, and process optimization.
Product Collaboration & Advisory
• Review all client reporting and KPI requests to assess their potential for widespread adoption across the Kinective client base
• Serve as an internal consulting resource for industry-specific questions and best practices.
• Share insights on industry trends, digital transformation, and AI-driven analytics.

• 5 - 7+ years in operations, performance analytics, or business analysis within a credit union, bank, or fintech.
• Proven success defining, tracking, and optimizing operational KPIs.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
Preferred: Experience with SQL, workflow automation, cloud data environments, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
