Performio Business Analyst- Only W2

Position: Senior Business Analyst Contractor Location: Remote (100%) Employment Type: 12 + Months Contract Job Summary: • We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in system analysis, data mapping, and integration projects. The ideal candidate will have experience understanding Performio functionality/capabilities, modeling processes, mapping data between systems, and supporting successful delivery of data interface projects. Key Responsibilities: • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements. • Perform detailed system and data analysis, process modeling, and documentation. • Map Performio data to/from third-party and custom systems such as SAP, Workday, Data Lake, and Territory Management platforms. • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define data mapping and integration requirements. • Analyze the impact of data feed changes on Performio integrations, business rules, and calculations. • Facilitate testing of multiple data feeds to validate integrations and data integrity. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business logic and commission calculations. • Manage assignments across multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 10+ years of IT experience with strong Business Analysis background. • 10+ years of experience in systems/data analysis and large-scale project implementations. • Experience working with Performio or similar compensation management systems. • Strong experience in data modeling, data mapping, and system integrations. • Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience creating process flows, data flows, and analysis documentation. • Strong understanding of compensation management and commission-based systems. • Experience with sales management systems and multi-tier sales channel structures. • Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC Sales & Billing. • Knowledge of Sales Compensation processes. • Experience with Jira. • Data Lake experience (GCP/BigQuery preferred). • Experience with Azure. • Experience with PeopleSoft. • Manufacturing industry experience. • CBAP or similar Business Analysis certification. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
