Job Title: Pharmaceutical Data Analyst Location: Ridgefield, CT Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (Aligned to Eastern Time Zone) Type: Contract Overview The Pharmaceutical Data Analyst provides advanced analytical support across multiple therapeutic areas, delivering actionable insights to guide marketing strategy and promotional effectiveness. This role leverages statistical methodologies, marketing mix modeling, and ROI analysis to optimize marketing investments, enhance decision-making, and strengthen brand performance across personal and non-personal channels. Responsibilities β€’ Conduct advanced analytics to inform brand planning, promotional strategy, and resource allocation across customer channels, including digital β€’ Design and execute marketing mix models and ROI analyses to measure campaign effectiveness and drive optimization β€’ Develop and interpret predictive models, segmentation studies, and customer profiling initiatives β€’ Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure analytical insights translate into actionable strategies β€’ Support forecasting processes with data-driven recommendations β€’ Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate analytical findings effectively and ensure business impact β€’ Build expertise in analytical methodologies, data sources, and vendor capabilities, including digital marketing agencies β€’ Integrate insights from multiple data sources (e.g., marketing research, forecasts, claims data) into cohesive recommendations β€’ Develop, document, and communicate analytical plans in alignment with business objectives β€’ Support continuous improvement of processes and analytical approaches across therapeutic teams Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant analytical experience or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience β€’ Proven experience analyzing large de-identified patient claims data sets (strongly preferred) β€’ Background in pharmaceutical analytics, ideally within metabolic therapeutic areas (e.g., CardioRenal, Chronic Kidney Disease, Heart Failure) β€’ Prior experience working within a large pharmaceutical organization strongly preferred β€’ Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint β€’ Expertise in multivariate analysis, promotional responsiveness modeling, and ROI measurement β€’ Experience in digital analytics for non-personal marketing channels (email, banner, mobile, alerts) β€’ Ability to integrate insights from diverse data sources into actionable business recommendations β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally β€’ Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities β€’ Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone Benefits System One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options, including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan.
