β’ Oversee and support tools for reporting and interactive analysis of global pharmacovigilance (PV) database data.
β’ Provide technical and strategic input into project planning and implementation for PV database reporting and analytics systems.
β’ Collaborate with global PV functions, IT, Quality Assurance, and vendors to ensure reporting systems meet user and regulatory requirements.
β’ Lead delivery, selection, and continuous improvement of PV reporting and analytics system projects, including integration and automation initiatives.
β’ Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities development (reporting, dashboards, analysis) in response to PV requirements and regulatory guidance.
β’ Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and training for PV reporting and analytics systems.
β’ Proactively identify and define system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
β’ Mentor and train PV Systems team members and GPSE user community to build organizational knowledge.
β’ Support audits and inspections related to PV reporting and analytics functions.
β’ Develop, track, and report quality metrics for global PV reports.
β’ Contribute to oversight and management of outsourced PV reporting activities.
