Assoc. Director, Pharmacovigilance Systems Reporting & Analytics • Oversee and support tools for reporting and interactive analysis of global pharmacovigilance (PV) database data. • Provide technical and strategic input into project planning and implementation for PV database reporting and analytics systems. • Collaborate with global PV functions, IT, Quality Assurance, and vendors to ensure reporting systems meet user and regulatory requirements. • Lead delivery, selection, and continuous improvement of PV reporting and analytics system projects, including integration and automation initiatives. • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities development (reporting, dashboards, analysis) in response to PV requirements and regulatory guidance. • Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and training for PV reporting and analytics systems. • Proactively identify and define system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. • Mentor and train PV Systems team members and GPSE user community to build organizational knowledge. • Support audits and inspections related to PV reporting and analytics functions. • Develop, track, and report quality metrics for global PV reports. • Contribute to oversight and management of outsourced PV reporting activities.
