Trance AI builds autonomous revenue systems for DTC and eCommerce brands.
We operate across acquisition, conversion, and retention, focused on measurable revenue outcomes rather than campaigns or one-off execution.
Our work has supported brands including Jumia, Radisson Blu, Huawei, Samsung, and Microsoft, contributing to campaigns at $300M+ scale, including 20% revenue lifts and the development of Generative AI systems.

Current Initiative
We are currently running a $300K capital-backed growth sprint, targeting $1M+ in revenue over a 90-day period as part of our internal growth roadmap.
This includes:
• Upwork
• LinkedIn
• Cold Email
• Cold Calling
• Inbound channels etc.
The Pipeline Manager plays a central role in feeding all of these channels with qualified, high-probability leads.
Role
This role is a Pipeline Manager (Lead Intelligence & Data).
The focus is building and maintaining a consistent flow of high-quality, ICP-aligned leads across all active acquisition channels.
You will work directly with the Operations, Chief of Staff and Revenue team to ensure all outreach is powered by accurate, relevant, and high-conversion data.
This is an execution-first role focused on precision, consistency, and data quality.
You will own
• End-to-end lead sourcing across LinkedIn, databases, and external tools
• ICP definition and refinement based on feedback from outreach and conversion
• Data enrichment (emails, roles, company details, relevance)
• Lead qualification to ensure alignment with target segments
• Continuous improvement of lead quality based on response and conversion rates
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and up-to-date lead database
- Building and maintaining structured lead lists for:
• Cold email campaigns
• Cold calling campaigns
• LinkedIn outreach
• Target account lists
• Cold calling campaigns
Our System
You will operate on top of:
• Clearly defined ICP and targeting frameworks
• AI structured acquisition systems across Upwork, LinkedIn, and cold calling & email
• Defined workflows for list building, enrichment, and validation
• Direct feedback loops from outreach performance (replies, conversions)
• Coordination with SDRs and operators for continuous refinement
You will be measured on
• Lead quality: % of leads that match ICP and convert into responses
• Pipeline consistency: Daily/weekly delivery of qualified leads
• Data accuracy: Low bounce rates and high deliverability of campaigns
• Conversion alignment: Leads contribute to real conversations and opportunities
• Speed of execution: Ability to build and deliver lists quickly without sacrificing quality
Compensation
Phase 1 — Setup & Calibration (Days 1–10)
Milestone-based:
• ICP mapping and segmentation setup — $100
• Lead sourcing system (tools, workflows, enrichment stack) — $100
• First batch of 300+ qualified, ICP-aligned leads delivered — $200
Total Phase 1: $400
Phase 2 — Execution (Days 11–90)
Base Retainer
• $400/month
Performance (Core Compensation Driver)
Compensation is directly tied to usable pipeline output.
You will be paid per SDR-qualified, ICP-aligned lead:
• $0.15 – $0.25 per qualified lead
Lead Qualification Requirements
A lead is only eligible for compensation if it meets ALL of the following:
• Matches defined ICP criteria
• Passes SDR validation
• Contains accurate and usable contact data
• Is not a duplicate
Payout Cycle
We operate on a Quarterly Vault model, where all compensation is consolidated and paid out every 90 days.
You will have access to a live dashboard showing:
• Lead volume
• Lead quality
• SDR validation status
• Pipeline contribution
All agreements are formalized through a written contract with clearly defined scope and payment terms.
Performance Rules (Non-Negotiable)
• SDR validation is the final authority on lead qualification
• Invalid, duplicate, or low-quality leads are not eligible for compensation
• ICP criteria must be strictly followed
• Weekly quality checks and calibration are required
• Consistent pipeline delivery is expected
Work Setup
• Fully remote role with flexibility on location
• Operates in a structured, high-performance environment
• Fixed monthly home office stipend provided
• Tools and systems required for execution will be provided
• Expected to operate within a US–EU overlapping time window
