Polish Speaking Business Analyst
London. Hybrid working. 3 days per week on site.
Contract
We're looking for a Polish Speaking Business Analyst to join a major data transformation programme within a well known organisation.
This role will focus on discovery, requirements gathering and process analysis, working closely with stakeholders in both the UK and Poland. You'll play a key role in understanding current ways of working, identifying gaps and helping shape future solutions.
Key responsibilities
• Lead discovery and business analysis activities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements.
• Create user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Analyse data related processes and workflows.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with fellow Business Analysts across the programme.
What we're looking for
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.
• Proven Business Analysis experience within Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience capturing and documenting business requirements.
• Comfortable working on data focused projects and business processes.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Desirable
• Experience working with product, supplier or master data.
• Understanding of data mapping and data management concepts.
