Job Title: Portal Developer
Location: Middletown, PA

β’ In-person interviews or work sessions with stakeholders will be conducted at the PTC facilities in Middletown, PA.
β’ The resource shall attend on site meetings at one of the PTC Middletown PA locations for 1 week per month based on the schedule set by the PTC.

Description of Duties
Duties
1. Configure, develop, and thoroughly test self-service portals with the Power Pages system based on the user stories created as part of an Agile Backlog process.
1. Create Technical tasks for the delivery of the user stories as needed in Azure Dev Ops.
1. Create unit test cases and test scripts in Azure Dev Ops.
1. Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
1. Work closely with, and be a member of, a team to implement solutions as defined.
1. Support definition of functional requirements as needed for integrating Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE with Contact Center applications, self-service portals, ChatBOTs, SAP, and payment gateways, collaborating with the Function Lead.
1. Ensure seamless integration, best in class performance, and efficient data flow across systems.
1. Support the development of training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of Power Platform solutions.
1. Promote user adoption through effective change management and support.
1. Provide knowledge transfer to other team members to ensure complete understanding of the overall solution across the technical team.
1. Provide ongoing support and optimization for Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
1. Identify and implement improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
1. Configure Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet specific business requirements.
1. Work with technical teams to ensure customizations and integrations are aligned with functional needs and are in compliance of PTCβs standards and policies.
1. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
1. Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.
1. Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned.
1. Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures.
1. Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.
1. Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC.
Experience
1. 5+ yearsβ experience in developing and configuring business applications within the Power Platform landscape, with 3+ years on hands on Power Pages self-service portal development experience.
1. Deep understanding of Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, including customization, configuration, and user management.
1. Hands on experience with custom Power Pages solutions including Liquid Templates.
1. 2+ yearsβ experience with web front end development with human centered design approach.
1. Strong knowledge of Contact Center applications (e.g., Telephony & IVR based solutions), self-service web portals, and native mobile applications.
1. Requires advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
1. Familiarity with integrating Dynamics 365 CE with back-office systems (e.g., ERP) and payment gateways.
1. Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
1. Soft Skills:
