Description:
A large enterprise organization is seeking three Business Analysts to support ongoing initiatives within its Payments and Point-of-Sale (POS) technology teams. These roles focus on requirements gathering, system analysis, integration support, and partnership across product, UX, and technical engineering groups.
Position Overview:
The Business Analyst will analyze business needs, translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, support Agile sprint delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This position is part of a high-volume, fast-moving environment where clear communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are critical.
Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze and document business and system requirements
β’ Translate user needs into clear system specifications
β’ Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
β’ Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
β’ Collaborate with Product Management, UX, QA, and engineering teams
β’ Assist with integration-related troubleshooting and requirements clarification
β’ Ensure requirements meet quality standards with minimal rework
Required Skills:
β’ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
β’ Proficiency with JIRA and Atlassian tools
β’ Understanding of API behavior, integrations, and related troubleshooting
β’ Experience in payment systems or POS environments (hardware and software)
β’ Ability to work with downstream technical teams
β’ Strong communication and documentation skills
β’ Mid-level BA experience supporting technology teams
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
β’ Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Product Management
