Role description
Job Title: Post Market Surveillance (PMS) Data Analyst
Contract: 12 Months
Location: Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities
β’ Compile, trend, and analyze post-market surveillance and complaint data to identify early indicators of product quality issues
β’ Execute complaint database queries and perform ad hoc data analyses
β’ Lead recurring Post-Market Surveillance Review Boards, presenting data insights and recommendations
β’ Prepare PMS reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
β’ Ensure PMS data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness
β’ Support departmental KPIs, metrics, and organizational quality objectives
β’ Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within PMS analytics and data trending processes
Required Qualifications
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, functions, trend analysis)
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to leadership
β’ Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a technical discipline (required)
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
β’ Experience processing medical device or pharmaceutical complaint data
β’ Power BI experience for data visualization and reporting
β’ Working knowledge of medical device quality system regulations (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485)
β’ Background in statistics or applied statistical analysis
