DB Designer - POSTGRESQL
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models optimized for PostgreSQL based on business and data requirements.
• Build and maintain efficient schemas, tables, indexes, relationships, and stored procedures to support application needs.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and analysts to ensure seamless integration of database solutions.
• Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL features such as JSON/JSONB, window functions, and custom extensions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance while supporting data migration, consolidation, and cloud modernization efforts.
• Utilize DB design tools (Erwin, pgModeler) and apply strong knowledge of data embeddings and labeling for advanced database design.
