Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Power Apps Developer to join their team. As a Power Apps Developer, you will be part of the Intelligent Automation team supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Minnetonka, MN and Charlotte, NC
What's the Job?
Design, build, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven) to support automation use cases within Commercial Banking.
Develop end‑to‑end workflows using Power Automate, including approvals, data movement, and system integrations.
Utilize Dataverse and SharePoint lists for data modeling, storage architecture, and relational data design.
Build reusable components, connectors, and UI patterns aligned with security standards.
Partner with the Intelligent Automation team to translate business processes into automated digital solutions.
What's Needed?
4+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
Strong understanding of workflow automation, process design, UI/UX best practices, and data modeling.
Ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
Experience working in an Agile environment and partnering with cross‑functional team members.
