Power Apps Developer

Position Overview Abbott is seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer to design and develop a custom Project Management Tool within the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power BI integration, and cloud-based data solutions to create efficient, user-friendly tools for project management and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy a Power Apps–based Project Management Tool to manage small to mid-scale projects. • Build and configure data models, forms, and workflows for project tracking and reporting. • Integrate Power Apps with Power BI for real-time dashboards and automated reporting. • Implement filtering and reporting features based on project status, location, financials, and other parameters. • Ensure data synchronization, performance, and cloud accessibility. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver aligned solutions. • Follow Microsoft Power Platform best practices and ensure data security compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). • Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI integration. • Experience developing custom workflows, connectors, and API integrations. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure environments. • Knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-400, or equivalent). • Experience developing project management or workflow automation tools. • Knowledge of project tracking and financial reporting systems.
