Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to support a strategic initiative focused on automating key business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building applications using Power Apps and streamlining workflows with Power Automate. Responsibilities: • Design and develop custom business applications using both Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps. • Automate workflows using Power Automate, leveraging connectors, approvals, and logic-based flows. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions. • Ensure seamless data integration and integrity using Microsoft Dataverse and other data sources. • Perform thorough testing, resolve issues, and provide ongoing user support. • Document technical solutions and follow best practices for long-term application management. Requirements: • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and the broader Office 365 environment. • Proficiency in connectors, triggers, dynamic content, and expressions within Power Automate. • Familiarity with Power BI integration and governance across the Power Platform. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Nice to Have: • Experience with Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder. • Knowledge of DLP policies and environment management in Power Platform. • Background in process automation within BPO or service operations.
