This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile programme delivery team, working on a critical automation workstream that ensures creators and rights holders are compensated for their work. In this role, you won’t just be building flows; you will be a key technical authority within the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workstream, responsible for developing robust automations that support the backbone of the music ecosystem. The Opportunity You will operate as a pivotal part of the programme delivery team, responsible for the end-to-end development of automation processes. You will work with cutting-edge technology, integrating intelligent automation capabilities (such as Machine Learning, OCR, and NLP) into scalable workflows. Key Responsibilities β€’ Development: Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade automations using Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows/RPA, and combined workflows). β€’ Solution Design: Review Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and create detailed Solution Design Documents (SDDs). β€’ Testing & Quality: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring automations are robust, fit-for-purpose, and align with governance frameworks. β€’ Integration: Integrate intelligent automation capabilities (AI, OCR, NLP) into automated processes to enhance functionality. β€’ Handover: Manage the smooth transition of automations to the support team during Post Go-Live Support (PGLS), ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer. β€’ Best Practices: Assist in defining development best practices, support the Center of Excellence (CoE) in configuring environments (Dev/Test/Live), and mentor citizen developers through code reviews. β€’ Stakeholder Engagement: Present technical solutions clearly to stakeholders, work closely with the Automation Change team to secure system access, and build strong relationships with the support team to enforce standards. Required Qualifications & Experience β€’ Advanced Certification in RPA (specifically Power Automate; UiPath or Blue Prism certifications are also highly beneficial). β€’ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate, with at least 4 years total experience in RPA development. β€’ Experience working with Azure cloud services (advantageous). β€’ Proven track record of developing complex automated projects that combine RPA with AI solutions (OCR, NLP, ML) within medium-to-large organizations. β€’ Proficiency with development management tools such as Azure DevOps. β€’ Strong experience critiquing PDDs and creating SDDs to ensure developments are robust and scalable. β€’ Experience working within projects and programmes, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. β€’ Keenness to train and mentor citizen developers, with the ability to run code reviews and enforce best practices. Nice to Have β€’ Experience with Blue Prism or UiPath in addition to Power Automate. β€’ Solution Architect experience or certification. Why Apply? β€’ Outside IR35 β€’ Hybrid working – only 2 days per week in a central London location. β€’ Work with a renowned organization that plays a critical role in the music industry, ensuring fair play for artists and creators. β€’ High-impact role with autonomy to shape development best practices and integrate AI into core business processes. If you are a Power Automate specialist looking to combine your technical expertise with a passion for innovation in a creative sector, we want to hear from you.
