Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Power BI Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing and optimizing our Power BI environment, ensuring that our data visualization and reporting capabilities are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data analytics, visualization techniques, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Power BI environment, including user access management and security settings.
Develop, publish, and manage Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements for reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
Monitor performance metrics of Power BI reports and optimize them for improved efficiency.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of Power BI tools and functionalities.
Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Power BI to continuously improve reporting processes.
Troubleshoot issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring timely resolution.
Work closely with IT teams to integrate Power BI with other data sources and systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administering Power BI environments or similar data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
