Power BI Analyst
Organization: Digital Innovations
Location: Hybrid
The Power BI Analyst will deliver trusted reporting solutions for Digital Innovations project teams, translating complex financial, contract, resource management and other key reporting metrics into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including report development and semantic modeling
• Strong expertise in DAX and Power Query (M)
• Experience with dimensional data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, cloud platforms)
• Hands-on experience implementing row-level security (RLS)
• Experience optimizing Power BI performance and refresh strategies
• Strong data validation and reconciliation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related analytical field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Power BI experience with a proven track record delivering scalable, high-impact reporting solutions.
