Role Summary Supporting McGrath’s Legal team with reporting and light automation. Focused on quick, practical solutions (not long-term platform builds). Required Skill Set Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Building dashboards from Excel/CSV/SharePoint files Data transformations using Power Query Comparing and reconciling datasets Experience working with ad-hoc or short-lived data sources Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Nice-to-Have Experience with Power Automate Familiarity with SharePoint / OneDrive Light SQL exposure Experience supporting Legal or Compliance teams
