Product Business Analyst

Product Business Analyst Description: Job Information USFT is seeking a dynamic individual to support its product delivery team. The ideal candidate is passionate about business analysis, is a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The business analyst will be responsible for defining, analyzing and documenting business requirements to support the creation of a new Mortgage-Backed Securities securitization platform. Additionally, they will participate and play an active role throughout the product delivery lifecycle. Minimum Experience • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience Specialized Knowledge & Skills • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Can work independently and proactively seek guidance from others as needed • Strong team player and has the capacity to work collaboratively and effectively with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Result oriented, accepting responsibilities and challenges that take them outside their comfort zone. • Client focused. • Understanding of software development and Agile Methodology • Partners well with peers, subordinates, managers and functional partners • Possess capability to manage and handle escalations by partnering with the internal & external stakeholders of the business. • Have excellent organizational skills, time management skills and the ability to prioritize a full plate. • Conceptual understanding of serverless architecture and Infrastructure as a code • Experience creating screens and wireframes in FIGMA • Experience in working with DynamoDB, AWS AppSync, AWS Lambda is a plus • Knowledge of MBS Securities and securitization is a plus
