Role description
Your Role in the Mission Take charge of initiatives that help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes by leveraging data and analytics. This role focuses on transforming complex business needs into actionable insights through scalable Power BI solutions. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights across the organization β€’ Create advanced Power BI visualizations using DAX and Power Query β€’ Connect to diverse data sources, import and transform data for business intelligence reporting β€’ Build and maintain complex data models in Power BI β€’ Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders β€’ Support quality control by validating test results and ensuring all requirements are met What We're Looking For β€’ 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in the healthcare industry β€’ 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including complex reports and dashboards (Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred) β€’ Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query for data transformation and modeling β€’ Experience with report sharing, workspace management, and automated scheduling β€’ Strong communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences β€’ Experience with SQL, Microsoft tools, and CRM software β€’ Problem-solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration β€’ Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members Preferred Qualifications β€’ Knowledge of SDLC project management techniques β€’ Experience with large-scale, distributed, high-performance systems β€’ Exposure to AI/ML technologies Compensation: $50-$55/hr
