Power BI Engineer (Phoenix, AZ – Local Only)/ W2 Role 📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – Local Candidates Preferred) ⏳ Duration: 12+ Months Contract We’re looking for a talented Power BI Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and visualization skills, deep understanding of data modeling, and hands-on experience in building scalable and interactive dashboards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs. • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to gather, clean, and transform data for analysis. • Develop complex DAX measures and calculations to support advanced data analysis. • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards. • Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability. • Provide training and technical support to end-users. • Stay updated on latest Power BI features, tools, and trends. 🔹 Preferred Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization. • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. • Experience with SQL, Azure Synapse, or other data sources is a plus. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
