Job#: 2080595 Job Description: Power BI Engineer Location: Des Moines, IA Metro (hybrid onsite 1 day per week) 12 month contract Key Responsibilities: • Develop and distribute Power BI reports through Power BI Apps. • Create and maintain dashboards to support business decision-making. • Train and onboard end-users to effectively utilize reporting tools. • Investigate data sources using Microsoft SQL to ensure data accuracy. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights. • Challenge existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. • Provide support and answer all Power BI-related questions from team members. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Intermediate to advanced Power BI skills. • Experience with Microsoft SQL and KPI/metrics reporting. • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure. • Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance.
