Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in data modeling, analytics, and visualization, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights. You will play a key role in our data-driven decision-making processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business objectives.
- Connect to various data sources, import, transform, and validate data for business intelligence purposes.
- Develop advanced DAX queries and calculations within Power BI Desktop.
- Implement row-level security and understand application security layer models in Power BI.
- Build and optimize Analysis Services reporting models and tabular/multidimensional models compatible with data warehouse standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and BI solutions.
- Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics or API automation.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to business users and report creators.
- Document design methodologies, project plans, and technical processes.
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and best practices in all BI solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud BI solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
- Experience in the manufacturing domain is a plus.
