Power BI Developer Bellevue, WA (Hybrid) Pay Rate Range: Open - $45 onwards on W2 (No Benefits) / Open for 1099/ C2C (Rate Negotiable based on experience and engagement type) NO VISA SPONSORSHIP available for W2 engagement We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with a strong background in the telecommunications domain to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data visualization, data modeling, and transforming complex telecom data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications 1. 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Power BI development 1. Strong expertise in: 1. Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling) 1. SQL (advanced queries, performance tuning) 1. Data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) 1. Experience working with telecom datasets (CDR data, network KPIs, customer analytics) 1. Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse – preferred) 1. Strong understanding of data visualization best practices 1. Experience in handling large-scale datasets and performance optimization 1. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience with telecom clients (e.g., network operations, billing, customer analytics) • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (nice to have) • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology • Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus
