We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to replace an existing CTR headcount and support Gas & Shared Services Operational Reporting. This is a budgeted 1:1 replacement role essential for maintaining high-quality reporting and analytics that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

β’ Delivers over $50,000 in Human Struggle Savings annually
β’ Maintains key assets: Data Workplan (Gas/Electric Distribution & Service), Gas On A Page, Statewide Crewing/OT (Electric LVD)
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making
β’ Analyze data to uncover trends and actionable insights
β’ Present data findings to stakeholders across all levels
β’ Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports and mission-critical Power Apps
β’ Create ad-hoc and standardized reports
β’ Automate data processes and reporting workflows
β’ Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Required Skills:
β’ Power BI and Power Platform
β’ Python, R, or SQL for data transformation and automation
β’ Strong understanding of Gestalt principles for dashboard design
β’ Data analysis and visualization expertise
β’ Experience with Business Objects and report development
β’ Requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
β’ Ability to build automated data pipelines and processes
Education:
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in a related field
