Power BI Developer

Job Title: Junior Power BI Developer Pay Rate: $40.00 to $50.00/hr (W2-contract) Location: Atlanta, GA 30313 Description: Data Science & Analytics Team is responsible for extracting value from that data to delight consumers, improve customer and business performance, engineer a more reliable fleet, and drive brand innovation for the Company. We also serve as data science thought leaders, SME’s, and enablers across our R&D division, and the Company as a whole. The Junior Power BI Developer will play a key role on the Freestyle Data Science & Analytics team, responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights through interactive Power BI dashboards. This role is instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Power BI Development: Designed and developed interactive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards to support business functions including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations. Data Visualization: Created dynamic visualizations to represent complex datasets, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnered with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights. Reporting & Analysis: Generated regular and ad hoc reports, enabling data-driven strategies and performance tracking. Documentation: Maintained comprehensive documentation of data workflows, schemas, and dashboard logic for transparency and reproducibility. Technical Skills: Business Intelligence Tools: Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Report Design, Data Modeling) Data Querying: SQL, KQL Cloud & Data Warehousing: Experience with Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure SQL Data Warehouse Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel Core Competencies: Data Visualization & Storytelling Dashboard Design & Optimization Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving Cross-functional Communication Agile & Collaborative Teamwork Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30313
