Power BI Developer

Job Title: Power BI Developer Industry: Manufacturing Location: Hemlock, MI Pay Rate: Up to $62/hr Client Overview This opportunity is with a large scale materials manufacturing operation in Hemlock, Michigan, producing highly engineered materials used in advanced electronics and semiconductor applications. You'd be joining a data driven environment where performance metrics, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement directly influence how the business runs day to day. Top 3 Skills • Power BI dashboard development and maintenance • Data analysis and performance trend reporting • SQL, Power Query, DAX, or similar analytics tools What You'll Do • Own and manage data reporting tools and dashboards used to track business performance • Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for operational use • Analyze data to identify performance trends, key metrics, and improvement opportunities • Partner with IT and cross functional teams to automate and enhance reporting solutions • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms • Identify gaps in reporting and recommend improvements to data accessibility • Support the design and rollout of Lean workflows and process improvement initiatives • Document reporting processes, dashboard logic, and data definitions • Provide data driven insights and recommendations to support performance improvements • Help standardize metrics and reporting structures across teams What We Need From You • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field • 5 or more years of relevant experience • Experience with data reporting and visualization tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate performance trends • Experience collaborating with IT and business stakeholders on reporting or system projects Preferred / Bonus • Hands on experience specifically with Power BI • Background in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments • Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, DAX, or similar analytics tools • Experience with KPI development and continuous improvement initiatives • Knowledge of data governance and reporting best practices About Elevait Solutions Elevait Solutions was founded by veterans who believe that how you treat people is the only thing that actually matters in this industry.
