Power BI Developer (Tableau Migration) • Job Title: Power BI Developer • Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking a Power BI Developer with 7+ years of experience for a remote role. This position is part of a critical project to decommission Tableau by migrating 800–1,000 reports to Power BI before the end of the year. Recent experience (within the last 3 years) with a Tableau to Power BI migration is mandatory. The ideal candidate has strong Power BI development skills, including data set and data model design, and extensive experience within a Healthcare environment . You will be responsible for analyzing and manually migrating clinical, finance, and operational reports and building new Power BI dashboards. Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years' experience with Power BI development and migrations. • MANDATORY: Recent experience (within the last 3 years) with a Tableau to Power BI migration. • Strong Power BI development experience, including data set design and data model design. • Experience with Power BI or Tableau development within a Healthcare environment. • Experience with writing SnowSQL and SQL queries. • Healthcare industry experience. Nice to Have • Snow SQL Certification. • Power BI Developer/Designer Certification. • Experience working in an Agile project environment.
