Power BI Developer
Location: Fully Remote β Texas
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Contract: Immediate start (once cleared CJIs background check ) through 5/1/2026 (with potential extension)
Requirement: Full CJIS background check required
Interview Process: One virtual interview via Microsoft Teams
We are seeking a Power BI Developer to join a dashboard development team supporting a large state agency. This role will help design and deliver executive, operational, and strategic dashboards that support leadership decision-making and agency business planning.
You will collaborate within a Scrum/Agile environment alongside full-time and part-time developers to build scalable, impactful reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI
β’ Design executive, operational, and strategic reporting solutions
β’ Pull and integrate data from Salesforce into Power BI
β’ Build and support automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
β’ Collaborate in a Scrum/Agile team environment
β’ Translate business requirements into actionable dashboard insights
Required Qualifications
β’ Experience developing dashboards in Power BI
β’ Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment
β’ Experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate
β’ Experience integrating or pulling data from Salesforce into Power BI
Nice to Have
β’ Experience building executive-level dashboards
β’ Experience working in a state or public sector environment
