Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with strong analytical and development experience to design, update, and maintain high-performance Power BI reports. The ideal candidate will contribute to system reliability, performance, and security while mentoring team members and driving best practices in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain responsive Power BI reports. • Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI issues. • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams using TDD/BDD. • Conduct root cause analysis and guide system improvements. • Mentor team members and promote reusable, secure solutions. Mandatory Skills: • 8+ years of experience with Power BI. • Strong proficiency in Python. • Experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL) and error handling. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
