Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Build semantic models using data from OneLake (Microsoft Fabric)
• Write and optimize DAX measures and calculations
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting and visualization requirements
• Ensure reports follow best practices for performance, usability, and governance
• Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI and data model issues
• Support report deployment, refresh schedules, and access/security (RLS)
• Document report logic, data sources, and development standards
