β’ Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Power BI Developer with strong business analysis capabilities to support portfolio reporting and data-driven decision-making. This role will partner closely with program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex, messy data into clear, actionable insights through impactful dashboards and reporting.
The ideal candidate is not just a report builder, but a data translator and storyteller who can bridge the gap between technical data and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
β’ Translate business needs into data models, metrics, and reporting solutions
β’ Design and develop executive-ready Power BI dashboards focused on:
β’ Portfolio health
β’ Schedule tracking
β’ Risk monitoring
β’ Workload and performance metrics
β’ Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation across multiple data sources
β’ Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
β’ Use Excel for ad-hoc analysis, data validation, and reporting support
β’ Provide clear, concise insights and recommendations to leadership in non-technical language
β’ Continuously improve dashboards and reporting based on stakeholder feedback
β’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting assets

Preferred Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
β’ Power BI certification (strongly preferred)
β’ Experience working with utility data environments
β’ Familiarity with:
β’ Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B)
β’ CRM platforms, ideally Saratoga CRM
