Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data modeling and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of genuine experience (7+ years on paper) and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end BI solutions in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets. • Build and optimize data models to support business reporting and analytics. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Integrate and manage data sources for reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Utilize Azure DevOps for code repository management, CI/CD pipelines, and work tracking. • Troubleshoot and optimize existing BI solutions for performance and usability. • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in Power BI development (7+ years total experience preferred). • Strong expertise in data modeling (Star schema, Snowflake schema, etc.). • Proficient in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data transformation. • Experience with Azure DevOps for BI project lifecycle management. • Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL queries, and data integration techniques. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setup. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in enterprise-level BI environments. • Knowledge of Azure services related to data analytics (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse). • Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
