Job#: 3039494 Job Description: Senior PowerBI Developer Location: Houston, Texas (onsite Mon-Thurs, remote Fri) Role Overview We are seeking a technically proficient Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. This role involves data modeling, wireframe development, and both front-end and back-end BI work. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in data visualization and ETL processes, a deep understanding of data systems, and the ability to design complex data solutions to support operations applications teams. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Power BI. • Design, implement, and optimize ETL processes for data integration and mapping. • Perform extensive data modeling and build out wireframes. • Work with SQL, DAX, Python, and other programming languages for advanced data analysis. • Restructure reporting and redesign data processes, anticipating future business needs. • Monitor, maintain, and enhance data warehouse solutions and BI platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure data integrity. • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications Experience: • 5+ years of experience with Power BI, ETL processes, and advanced report development. • Demonstrated experience collaborating across functional teams to achieve business objectives. • Proven experience with data warehouse solutions and operational monitoring of BI platforms like Microsoft SQL Server BI. Technical Skills: • Expert proficiency in Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting. • Strong expertise in T-SQL and advanced programming languages such as DAX, Python, or VBA. • In-depth understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and mapping. • Experience with front-end and back-end BI development.
