We’re currently hiring for our US-based global management consulting and technology client, a market leader in healthcare and life sciences. Headquartered in Illinois (USA) and present across 30+ countries. This role will start off as a 6-9 month long contract. Location and workplace type: Hybrid model (3 days onsite) in New York, Chicago, or Princeton NJ.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer who will work closely with clients to design, develop, and deliver advanced business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Power BI and DAX, with excellent client communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create and optimize DAX queries and data models for performance and scalability.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive insights.
• Provide data analysis, visualization, and reporting solutions to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI solutions.
• Conduct client discussions, presentations, and demos as required.
Required Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and performance tuning.
• Experience in connecting Power BI with various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good to Have:
• Experience or exposure to Clinical Operations or Healthcare domain (not mandatory)
• Familiarity with SQL or other BI tools.
