Power BI Developer Job Function/Duties • Power BI Developer to lead efforts to design & develop an employee engagement dashboard solution • Integrate current data and metrics from various applications and resources • Serve as a valued business partner to the Global Technology (GT) team to identify opportunities for improvement; prioritize business and information needs • Ability to express thoughts and findings clearly and succinctly (both written and orally); tailors communications for different audiences; listens well and effectively contributes to discussions; makes technical points understandable. Provide the GT team with actionable information that drives decision-making • Establishes priorities and deadlines, assesses resources, and defines next steps. • Identify, analyze, and interpret complex data sets • Develop daily/weekly/monthly tracking & reporting • Collaborate with IT to improve reporting/dashboard functionality and drive automation • Work with subject matter experts to clearly scope projects and thoroughly understand the context and data available to address the problem at hand. • Subject-matter expert in systems Power BI Requirements • The ideal candidate will have experience with database design and creating production-ready reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI • Experience developing complex reports and dashboards in Power BI • Strong business analytics skills experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and transforming data into insights • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing dashboards/visualizations • IT systems experience and aptitude; Power BI (or similar tools), DAX, Excel • Design capabilities in addition to deep developer knowledge • Well organized and able to work with a constantly changing set of priorities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members, stakeholders, and audiences of all business levels • Ability to write clearly and succinctly, and in a way that others will find relatable and easy to follow. • Can remain productive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. • Experience working in a complex global enterprise organization preferred Required Skills : • Power BI dashboard/report development • Business analytics and data transformation • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
