Role description
We are seeking an experienced Interim Consultant/ Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Oracle OTBI reporting and data analysis. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and help reconfigure, prioritise, and deliver a targeted, phased roadmap of reports that support a move towards a self-serve data culture.

Our client, a central government department, has recently implemented Oracle Fusion ERP and is now focused on transforming the way data is presented across the organisation. They aim to improve user experience, increase data trust, and maximise the value of their new ERP investment.
Description
β’ Develop and optimise Oracle OTBI reports and Power BI dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights.
β’ Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements.
β’ Build and prioritise a long list of reports, defining phases for delivery and assessing organisational impact.
β’ Drive improvements in data quality and foster greater trust in organisational data.
β’ Support the move towards self-service BI by designing user-friendly, scalable reporting solutions.
Profile
β’ Proven experience with Oracle OTBI report development and Power BI.
β’ Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear reports.
β’ Experience working within central government or similar regulated environments.
β’ Must hold active SC security clearance.
β’ Understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion, and how to maximise reporting capabilities.
