We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. 📍 Location: Arizona or New York 💼 Experience: 5+ Years 🎯 Level: Mid-Senior 📄 Employment Type: Strictly W2 Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports • Build complex data models using Power BI and DAX • Develop optimized DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs • Perform data transformation and ETL using Power Query • Connect Power BI with SQL Server and other data sources • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements • Optimize Power BI reports, datasets, and data models for performance • Implement Power BI security, including Row-Level Security (RLS) • Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to deliver scalable BI solutions Required Skills: ✅ 5+ years of Power BI development experience ✅ Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query & Data Modeling ✅ Strong SQL skills ✅ Experience with Power BI Service, Workspaces, and deployment processes ✅ Experience building enterprise-level dashboards and reports ✅ Strong understanding of BI/Analytics and reporting best practices ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
