Job Title: Lead Consultant – Power BI / Business Intelligence (MSBI) Work Location: Bellevue, WA 98007 (Onsite) Experience Required: 10+ Years Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Consultant – Power BI to work onsite supporting Partner Center Platform Services. This role requires a highly experienced Power BI professional with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to lead BI visualization initiatives in an enterprise environment. Preference will be given to candidates based in or willing to relocate to the PST / Seattle area. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports • Lead BI visualization efforts for Partner Center platform services • Translate business and technical requirements into impactful data visualizations • Work closely with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and drive insights • Optimize Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and performance • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports • Support end-to-end BI lifecycle including enhancements and production support • Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance for Power BI solutions Required Skills • Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (MSBI) • Advanced data visualization and dashboard design experience • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in an onsite, client-facing role • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting platform or partner-facing analytics solutions • Prior experience working in a Lead Consultant or BI Lead role • Familiarity with enterprise BI standards and reporting frameworks
