We are seeking an experienced Power BI Engineer to design and deliver data-driven dashboards and analytics that support key business decisions. This role involves close collaboration with clients across the U.S. and India in a hybrid, fast-paced environment focused on building scalable and impactful BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build robust data models, write advanced DAX expressions, and perform Power Query (M) transformations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Manage and optimize Power BI Service environments for performance, security, and scalability.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business objectives and reporting deliverables.
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights through effective storytelling and visualization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience working with cloud data sources such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work in U.S. time zones preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare or clinical analytics (training can be provided).
• Prior exposure to U.S.–India collaborative or hybrid projects.
