Power BI Engineer

We are seeking a senior-level Power BI Engineer to develop and support enterprise reporting and data solutions. This role requires strong hands-on experience across Power BI, data engineering, ETL, and Azure, along with the ability to independently manage complex projects and work directly with client stakeholders. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Cozyroc, and PL/SQL. • Own the reporting lifecycle from data ingestion and transformation through visualization and validation. • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and reporting performance. • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve problems impacting SLAs. • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions. • Use Power BI Copilot and GitHub Copilot to support reporting, DAX development, and automation. Qualifications • Previous healthcare industry experience is required. • Senior-level experience in Power BI development, BI engineering, or data engineering. • Strong experience with Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, ADF, Python, PL/SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modeling. • Experience with Tableau and Cozyroc preferred. • Proven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise reporting solutions. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a high-visibility, SLA-driven environment.
