Role description

Title : Power BI & Power Automate Developer Location : Woodland Hills , CA - Onsite Duration : 6+ Months Position & Rate : $49/hr on W2 Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Power BI & Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The role focuses on delivering interactive dashboards, insightful reports, and automated workflows by integrating data from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing BI and automation solutions that support data-driven decision-making. Roles and Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, and visual analytics. • Build and optimize data models using Power Query, DAX expressions, and relationships to ensure accurate and performant reporting. • Develop, deploy, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate, including cloud flows and desktop flows. • Integrate Power BI and Power Automate with various data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and Dataverse. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver actionable insights. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Power BI reports, dashboards, and automation workflows. • Implement row-level security, data governance, and best practices within Power BI workspaces. • Monitor and manage scheduled data refreshes and automated workflow executions.
